Minor Item Defined. A Minor Item is a portion or element of the Work— (a) that can be totally complete within thirty days; and (b) that can be completed while the Owner occupies the Work without impeding or interfering with either the Owner’s use and occupation of the Work or the Contractor’s ability to complete the Minor Item; and (c) that will not interfere with the complete use and enjoyment of the project by the Owner.
Minor Item Defined. A Minor Item is a portion or element of the Work: that can be totally complete within thirty (30) days; and that can be completed while the Using Agency occupies the Work without impeding or interfering with either the Using Agency’s use and occupation of the Work or the CM/GC’s ability to complete the Minor Item; and that will not interfere with the complete use and enjoyment of the project by the Using Agency. Permitted Incomplete Work Defined. Permitted Incomplete Work is work that is incomplete through no fault of the CM/GC, as determined by the Owner, including, but not limited to, seasonal test and balance, seasonal landscaping, scheduled elevator inspection or maintenance, incomplete work due to failure of Separate Contractors to complete work, and the like.
