The Local Program shall submit, via electronic media, an MBE/WBE report to DNR, annually pursuant to Section 6.3(2) of this Agreement, on the current Standard Form 5700- 52A. For instances where there is no information to submit, the Local Program shall correspond via electronic media to the DNR Project Manager that there are no items to report.

Outreach Program It is the policy of the Department to provide Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) and all other business enterprises an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of all Department contracts. The Contractor shall assist the Department in implementing this policy and shall use its best effort to attain MBE and WBE participation of 15 percent and 7 percent, respectively, and to ensure that all available business enterprises, including MBEs and WBEs, have an equal opportunity to compete for and participate in the work of this agreement.
