Minutes; Updates. The JSC shall keep minutes of its meetings that record all decisions and all actions recommended or taken in reasonable detail. Drafts of the minutes of each meeting, as well as an update on the status of all Program Activities, shall be prepared and circulated to the members of the JSC by the Secretary within a reasonable time, not to exceed ten (10) business days, after the meeting. Each member of the JSC shall have the opportunity to provide comments on the draft minutes. Draft minutes shall be approved or disapproved (and, in case of the latter, revised) as soon as practicable. Upon approval, final minutes of each meeting shall be circulated to the members of the JSC by the Secretary.

In addition, the total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to LEA students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. c) When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP.
