MISCELLANEOUS: S.T. A. is not responsible for any fees, charges or assessments imposed by any Governmental authority or other person(s) in conjunction with false alarms, defects or violations of any kind, from any equipment located at your premises. Customer agrees that this Agreement may be varied, altered or modified only by a writing signed by all the parties to this Agreement including a corporate officer of S.T.A. You hereby waive both your rights to a trial by jury and the right to assert any counterclaim in any action brought against you by S.T.A. Any action that you may have or bring against us in respect to additional services rendered in connection with this Agreement will be deemed to have merged in and be restricted to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The laws of the State of New York will govern this Agreement. If a court of competent jurisdiction should deem any provision of this Agreement void, the remaining parts will not be affected. Preventive Maintenance Provides…. Scheduled inspections at regular intervals as shown to keep your equipment at peak performance and to help minimize repair interruption. Inspections include field cleaning,adjustments, testing, and where applicable, lubricating to help control wear and increase the longevity of the equipment. Technicians trained to service customer equipment using tested techniques. All technicians attend supervised courses at regular intervals. Assistance is just a phone call away. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement the service charges including travel, parts, and labor are free of charge during normal working hours.
