Misconduct Investigation Committee. 20.2.1 Where a matter is referred to a Misconduct Investigation Committee or External Investigator/Reviewer, the Committee or External Investigator/Reviewer shall be convened within 10 working days. The Committee shall consist of -

Misconduct Investigation Committee. (a) The Committee shall report its findings to the Vice-Chancellor and the academic within 15 working days from the date on which the matter was referred to it by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor. If the Committee does not complete its deliberations within the timeframe referred to above, it must make application to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for an extension of time, putting forward the grounds for the extension, and outlining the timeframe in which it will reach a conclusion. In the event that the Deputy Vice-Chancellor declines the request for an extension of time, the Committee will have 7 working days to conclude its deliberations and deliver to the Vice-Chancellor a report based on its findings to that date.

  • Independent Investigation Subscriber, in making the decision to purchase the Units, has relied upon an independent investigation of the Company and has not relied upon any information or representations made by any third parties or upon any oral or written representations or assurances from the Company, its officers, directors or employees or any other representatives or agents of the Company, other than as set forth in this Agreement. Subscriber is familiar with the business, operations and financial condition of the Company and has had an opportunity to ask questions of, and receive answers from the Company’s officers and directors concerning the Company and the terms and conditions of the offering of the Units and has had full access to such other information concerning the Company as Subscriber has requested.   • Formal Investigation Once the matter has been brought to the attention of the Store executive, an internal investigation of the complaint will be conducted at which time the complainant will be requested to present, in writing, the particulars of the harassment. Such internal investigation will be initiated no later than ten (10) business days of the matter being brought to the attention of the Store executive, and shall be concluded no later than thirty (30) business days of the initiation of the investigation. After all steps of the Harassment Protection Policy have been exhausted, if the incident has not been resolved to the satisfaction of the employee, the employee may file a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.
