Common use of Mobility and Secondments Clause in Contracts

Mobility and Secondments. 15.4.1 The parties acknowledge the potential development opportunities for: a) Employees being able to undertake temporary positions at their substantive or higher remuneration level; and b) Existing employees of the agency or employees of other agencies within the portfolio grouping of agencies to fill a vacancy on a temporary or ongoing basis as a learning or development opportunity.

Mobility and Secondments. 15.4.1 5.2.4.1 The parties acknowledge the potential development opportunities for: a) 5.2.4.1.1 Employees being able to undertake temporary positions duties at their substantive or higher remuneration level; and b) 5.2.4.1.2 Existing employees of the agency or employees of other agencies within the portfolio grouping of agencies to fill a vacancy on a temporary or ongoing basis as a learning or development opportunity. 5.2.4.1.3 Service in a secondment (intra or inter agency) will be recognised for the purposes of determining attainment of ongoing status, classification level, and determining incremental progression.
