Wages and Conditions. Contractor shall make its own arrangements for the engagement of all staff and labor, local or otherwise, and for their payment, housing, feeding and transport. Contractor shall pay rates of wages, and observe conditions of labor, not materially different than those established for the trade or industry where the work is carried out, and shall comply with all Laws relating to wages, hours, working conditions and other employer/employee-related matters pertaining to its employees. In addition, Contractor shall certify to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner that all social benefit payments related to the wages of all workers employed directly or indirectly by it and its Subcontractors have been timely paid in full.

Wages and Conditions. 5.1 In return for the CEO's work in the Company, the CEO shall be entitled to wages and conditions as specified in the "Summary of employment conditions" which is attached to this agreement as Appendix B and constituting an integral part thereof. 5.2 It is clarified that as the Company's CEO, the latter shall be at the disposal of the Company for the purpose of fulfilling his position at hours and days beyond the regular working hours and days, as necessary. There shall be a five (5) minute grace period before stagehands working the performance shall revert back to an hourly rate. Employees required by the Employer to report to work more than one-half hour before the scheduled start time for a performance call will receive an additional hour of pay at the applicable hourly rate for that hour.
Wages and Conditions. 1.8.1 If an Association Union reasonably believes that in respect of its members there is a purported breach or non-compliance with this Enterprise Agreement in relation to: an express basis on which this agreement is made; or a parliamentary legislative, regulatory or statutory process that reduces or removes an employment benefit; an existing condition; or a condition prescribed in this agreement, the Association Union may seek redress to the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia in relation thereto.
