Modification/Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified or amended, except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto.
Modification/Amendments. No provision of this Agreement may be altered, modified, or amended except by a subsequent writing signed by all Parties. The Parties agree that they will make no claim at any time that this Agreement has been orally altered or modified or otherwise changed by oral communications of any kind or character.
Modification/Amendments. The prime compensation may be increased or decreased by subsequent agreement between the parties if there is a major change in the scope, character or complexity of the work. The prime compensation may also be adjusted under the terms of Section 2.21 of the STANDARD PROVISIONS, if the work extends more than six months beyond the anticipated date of completion stated in the AGREEMENT. These costs will be treated as direct costs. For any supplement that does not require a change in PROJECT scope, the SUBCONSULTANT will be reimbursed the adjusted rates (direct labor x 2.4) for only that part of the work remaining to be completed at the time he/she submits the written request.
Modification/Amendments. Any modification, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the authorized representative of each party.
Modification/Amendments. This Settlement Agreement may not be modified, altered, or amended except by written agreement of the parties.
Modification/Amendments. No modification, amendment, supplement to or waiver of this Agreement or any of its provisions, whether by conduct or otherwise, shall be binding unless made in writing and duly signed by the parties. A failure or delay, by any party at any time, to enforce any of the provisions, or to exercise any option, or to require performance, shall in no way be construed to be a waiver or modification of this Agreement.
Modification/Amendments. This Agreement and Vendasta's standard Terms of Service may be modified by Vendasta at any time, with or without prior notice to You. Amendments or modifications to this Agreement or the Terms of Service will be binding on You when they are sent to You via email, or are posted in the affiliate center. No amendment to this Agreement or the Terms of Service shall be valid unless prepared or signed by Vendasta. Your continued acceptance of Commission payments constitutes Your acceptance to any modifications or amendments to this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
Modification/Amendments. Any modification to this Agreement shall be executed, in writing, and signed by an authorized representative of NASA and SPACEHAB. Any modification that creates an additional commitment of NASA resources must be signed by the original NASA signatory authority, or successor, or a higher level NASA official possessing original or delegated authority to make such a commitment.

Modification/Amendments. The terms of this Agreement may be modified or amended by IAAC by providing written notice to Broker at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of any change.
