MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. “Consideration”, of the original contract, the maximum amount of this contract renewal shall be six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00) for the renewal terms. Amendment 1 of the original contract was approved to increase the first and all other renewal terms to the maximum amount of eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000.00) as well as extend the contract term for the first of four (4) renewals, ending December 31, 2023. MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. According to Section 3, of the original contract, the Agency shall exercise renewal option number two (2) of the four (4) one-year optional renewals, as stated in the original contract. Two (2) additional one-year optional renewals shall remain available under this contract. The period of performance, for the Amendment 2, shall amend the contract to end January 5, 2025.
MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. Any modification to this contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties. The modified part and the added content shall constitute an integral part of this contract.
MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. We can change terms of this contract in the 12 month term, provided we give you 30 days prior written notice before the beginning of the billing period in which the changes are made effective.
MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT. The Contract shall not be modified within the first year after Contract award where: (a) an amendment may result in a competitive advantage that was not made available to other proposers/bidders; or (b) requests for changes may delay commencement of performance.
