Common use of Monetary Awards Clause in Contracts

Monetary Awards. If a grievance is sustained, the aggrieved party shall be paid for financial loss, as determined in the final disposition. No claim for back wages shall exceed the amount of wages the employee would otherwise have earned at the regular rate and any wage settlement will be reduced by income earned from other sources.
