Management agrees to provide the Union an opportunity for input related to the unit’s Awards Program to ensure the administration of the Awards Program is fair, effective and understandable.

AWARDS PROGRAM. 1) The Parties agree that an Awards Program is a necessary and useful mechanism through which employee accomplishments may be recognized.
AWARDS PROGRAM. Either party to a local Union/Management Committee may initiate discussions on the awards program, with the intent of improving the program. The Parties may jointly choose to obtain reactions from bargaining unit employees, supervisors, or managers.
AWARDS PROGRAM. The Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, Inc. Awards FIRST, SECOND & THRID PLACE winners in Fine Arts Village categories. Categories must have at least 4 participating artists to be judged. Crafts awards are FIRST, SECOND & THRID PLACE of all participating artist in Crafts. Artwork is judged during the first day of the Festival, March 2, 2019 by a group of judges, whose names will be announced after the judging is completed and awards are presented. Artist Amenities ● Easy load-in/out ●Breakfast – Sat. & Sun. ● Individually listed on our website ●Overnight Security ● 100,000+ Attendance of art buying patrons. Portable restrooms, will be provided all along the shows side streets along Miracle Mile.
AWARDS PROGRAM. Suggestions for improvements in methods used in the operation and maintenance program are always welcome, as are suggestions for reducing costs of the program. Employees having such suggestions should submit them in writing to the Assistant Superintendent for consideration for cash awards. Suggestions will be reviewed as received by a committee consisting of the Superintendent of Schools, the Assistant Superintendent, the Director of Facilities and one person from the CSEA Maintenance Section. Recommendations for cash awards ranging from $10 to $100 will be made to the Board for each suggestion consistent with the merit and the value of the suggestion. Any changes and or improvements shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
