Monthly Accrual. Full-time employees who have been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule provided in 55.2 above. Part-time employees will accrue vacation leave in any calendar month in which they are in pay status for the portion of eighty (80) hours that their monthly schedule bears to full-time employment.
