MONTHLY PERFORMANCE i. Within five business days of the end of each calendar month WMG shall provide IRE with a proposed performance utilization fee payment due WMG for the prior month based on WMG’s financial reporting for such month.

  • Due Performance The Shareholder shall have performed and complied with all the terms and conditions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it before the Closing.
