Risk Level definition

Risk Level means the level assigned to the Subrecipient on the likelihood they would not stay in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies and procedures, other applicable policies and procedures, or the terms of the Subaward agreement (e.g. not be good stewards of the funds).
Risk Level means a risk level of low, medium, or high as defined in USP 797 Standards.
Risk Level of the Sterile Pharmaceutical means the level assigned to a Sterile Pharmaceutical by a Pharmacist that represents the probability relative likelihood probability that the Sterile Pharmaceutical will be contaminated with microbial organisms, spores, endotoxins, foreign chemicals, or other physical matter.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
