Mortgage Loan Reports. Seller will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports).
Mortgage Loan Reports. On the Reporting Date or with such greater frequency as requested by Buyer, Seller will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, a Mortgage Loan Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans.

Within 10 days of the end of each calendar month, Seller will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information and responses thereto, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports).
Mortgage Loan Reports. Sellers will furnish to Administrative Agent monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports).

The Sellers will furnish to Administrative Agent and Group Agents, in the form of Exhibit O hereto, monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Purchased Mortgage Loans.

Seller shall furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Purchased Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports, and any other periodic reports, servicing reports, data feeds or other information related to the servicing of the Purchased Assets received by Seller from Servicer.

On or prior to the 25th day of each month, or with such greater frequency as requested by Buyer, Seller will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, a Mortgage Loan Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans.
Mortgage Loan Reports. Section 17 of the Existing Repurchase Agreement is herby further amended by deleting clause d thereof and replacing it with the following: “Mortgage Loan Reports. The Sellers will furnish to Administrative Agent and Group Agents, in a form acceptable to the Administrative Agent, monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Purchased Mortgage Loans on the Reporting Date of such month, commencing on the Reporting Date in the month of March 2007.”

Included in each Officer’s Compliance Certificate delivered in accordance with Section 9.22, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent monthly electronic Mortgage Loan performance data, including, without limitation, aging reports, delinquency reports and volume information and responses thereto, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports).
