Termination with Liability If (a) the Customer terminates the agreement before the end of the Term for reasons other than for cause or (b) the Company terminates the agreement for cause, then the Customer will pay, within 30 days after such termination: (i) all accrued but unpaid charges incurred through the date of such termination, plus (ii) an amount equal to 25 percent of the unsatisfied MVR remaining during the year of termination, and for each subsequent annual period remaining in the Term, plus (iii) a pro rata portion of any and all credits received by the Customer.
Other Leave with Pay The Employer may grant leave with pay for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement, including military or civil defence training, and emergencies affecting the community or place of work.
Leave With Pay Compassionate leave of absence with pay shall be granted for three (3) work days. Up to two (2) additional days with pay shall be granted for travelling time when this is warranted in the judgement of the Employer.

Avoiding Foreclosure; Mitigating Losses If Borrower is in Default, Lender may work with Borrower to avoid foreclosure and/or mitigate Lender’s potential losses, but is not obligated to do so unless required by Applicable Law. Lender may take reasonable actions to evaluate Borrower for available alternatives to foreclosure, including, but not limited to, obtaining credit reports, title reports, title insurance, property valuations, subordination agreements, and third-party approvals. Xxxxxxxx authorizes and consents to these actions. Any costs associated with such loss mitigation activities may be paid by Xxxxxx and recovered from Borrower as described below in Section 9(c), unless prohibited by Applicable Law.
Examination Leave With Pay At the Employer's discretion, examination leave with pay may be granted to an employee for the purpose of writing an examination which takes place during the employee's scheduled hours of work, where the course of study is directly related to the employee's duties or will improve his qualifications.
Other Leave With or Without Pay 17.01 In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.

No Offset All payments due under this Agreement will be made in a timely manner throughout the Term and notwithstanding the pendency of any dispute (monetary or otherwise) between Registry Operator and ICANN.
