Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay. An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6)months of continuous employment may, upon request receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year. If, at the end of a fiscal year, an employee’s entitlement to vacation leave with pay includes a fractional entitlement of less than one hour, the entitlement shall be increased to the nearest hour. Scheduling of Vacation Leave with Pay Employees are expected to take all their vacation leave during the vacation year in which it is earned.
