Common use of Movement of Warehouses Clause in Contracts

Movement of Warehouses. The Employer agrees that it will not change the location of the above warehouses in an effort to obtain different wages and working conditions than those prevailing in this Agreement; provided, however, that this shall in no way restrain the Employer from transferring and changing its warehouses provided that it continues the wages and working conditions in the relocated warehouse or warehouses. It is further expressly understood that this Section applies only to warehousing operations pertinent to the Jewel Food Stores Division of the Employer.
