Xxxxxxxxxxx Empire Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, pursuant to authority granted under New York State Finance Law §163, and SVAM INTERNATIONAL, INC. (hereinafter “Contractor”), with its principal place of business at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000. The foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.
LOCATION WITHIN ENTERPRISE OR REINVESTMENT ZONE At the time of the Application Approval Date, the Land is within an area designated either as an enterprise zone, pursuant to Chapter 2303 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, or a reinvestment zone, pursuant to Chapter 311 or 312 of the TEXAS TAX CODE. The legal description, and information concerning the designation, of such zone is attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT 1 and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
PROMOTIONS AND SENIORITY Promotion in the VFRS shall be based on eligibility and on the candidate having the ability to perform the essential duties of the rank at the time of promotion. In cases where two candidates are relatively equal in their aggregate scores, the more senior member in the division will be ranked higher for the purpose of both promotion and acting assignments.
Service and Seniority Continuation While on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, a Nurse shall continue to accrue and accumulate Service and Seniority credits at the same rate as before the leave for the duration of the leave and the Nurse’s Service and Seniority shall be deemed to be continuous. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse.
Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services. Mergers and Acquisitions The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, become a party to any merger or consolidation, or agree to or effect any asset acquisition or stock acquisition (other than the acquisition of assets in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices) except the merger or consolidation of one or more of the Subsidiaries of the Borrower with and into the Borrower, or the merger or consolidation of two or more Subsidiaries of the Borrower.
Data Disposition When the contracted work has been completed or when the Data is no longer needed, except as noted above in Section 5.b, Data shall be returned to DSHS or destroyed. Media on which Data may be stored and associated acceptable methods of destruction are as follows: Data stored on: Will be destroyed by: Server or workstation hard disks, or Removable media (e.g. floppies, USB flash drives, portable hard disks) excluding optical discs Using a “wipe” utility which will overwrite the Data at least three (3) times using either random or single character data, or Degaussing sufficiently to ensure that the Data cannot be reconstructed, or Physically destroying the disk Paper documents with sensitive or Confidential Information Recycling through a contracted firm, provided the contract with the recycler assures that the confidentiality of Data will be protected. Paper documents containing Confidential Information requiring special handling (e.g. protected health information) On-site shredding, pulping, or incineration Optical discs (e.g. CDs or DVDs) Incineration, shredding, or completely defacing the readable surface with a coarse abrasive Magnetic tape Degaussing, incinerating or crosscut shredding
Selection of Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services. Schedule 4
Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
