The MOVERS Program clause establishes the terms and conditions under which a specific program, referred to as the MOVERS Program, operates within the agreement. MOVERS Program. The Franchisor may offer the Franchisee the opportunity to participate in the "A.M. P.M. MOVERS Program," whereby local moving services for individuals and small business customers are either provided by the Franchisee or arranged by the Franchisee with a third party using the A.M. P.M.
MOVERS Program. System Operator agrees to participate in DIRECTV’s Mover’s Program as prescribed by DIRECTV. In the event that an SO Subscriber desires to move to a single family dwelling and desires to maintain his/her DIRECTV Programming, System Operator agrees to provide such SO Subscriber with one DIRECTV Receiver (including the conditional access card therefor) used by such SO Subscriber without any cost to him/her for use at the new single family dwelling.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
