Moves of Supported Products. Customer will notify Avaya in advance before moving Supported Products. Identical Services may not be available in all locations and in such circumstances either cancellation charges will apply, or additional charges may apply if Avaya incurs additional costs in providing Services as a result of such moves.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Third Party Products 12.1 Third-party products provided to you by NCR Voyix for use with your subscription to the Service are subject to any terms provided by their supplier, including but not limited to those terms and conditions set forth in the exhibits attached hereto.   • Third Party Products and Services Through its Security Operating Platform, Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which may contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.
