Moving Household Goods. Amgen will arrange for packing, moving, and unpacking of normal household possessions, including up to two automobiles. Amgen will also pay for up to 365 days of storage of household goods, if necessary. Amgen will initiate contact with moving companies and will handle all details with the company assigned to your move.

Moving Household Goods. Movement and storage (up to six (6) months) of household goods by authorized Company carrier, to be coordinated by the Company. (d)
Moving Household Goods. The Company agrees to reimburse the Employee reasonable costs related to moving household goods in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), subject to applicable withholdings and taxes. Reimbursement for these expenses will be available only during the first nine (9) months of employment. Any related costs incurred after that time period will not be reimbursed by the Company. Reasonable costs include those incurred in moving the Employee’s and the Employee’s immediate family’s household goods and other personal property, including the costs of packing, unpacking, insurance and storage charges (storage charges, if any, must be pre-approved by the Company and will not exceed 12 months). Reasonable costs do not include (1) the cost of moving items that cost less to replace than to move; or (2) the cost of moving cars, boats, and other large vehicles.

  • Shipments All Products delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be suitably packed for shipment in accordance with the Specifications and marked for shipment to Customer’s destination specified in the applicable purchase order. Shipments will be made EXW (Ex-Works, Incoterms 2000) Flextronics’s facility, at which time risk of loss and title will pass to Customer. All freight, insurance and other shipping expenses, as well as any special packing expenses not included in the original quotation for the Products, will be paid by Customer. In the event Customer designates a freight carrier to be utilized by Flextronics, Customer agrees to designate only freight carriers that are currently in compliance with all applicable laws relating to anti-terrorism security measures and to adhere to the C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) security recommendations and guidelines as outlined by the United States Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and to prohibit the freight carriage to be sub-contracted to any carrier that is not in compliance with the C-TPAT guidelines.

  • Packing All Spare Parts ordered shall receive standard commercial packing suitable for export shipment via air freight. Such standard packing will generally be to ATA 300 standards as amended from time to time. All AOG orders will be handled, processed, packed and shipped separately.

  • Transportation Reasonable transportation costs incurred in connection with the transportation of employees and material necessary for Operations.

  • Utility Services The Owner represents that, to the best of its knowledge, all utility services required to construct and operate the Project (including, without limitation, public water, sewer and electricity) are currently available to the Property in the capacities required to operate the Project. No work need be performed by or on behalf of the Developer to make such utilities available to the Property for the construction or operation of the Project, except for the matters, if any, set forth on Exhibit "D". Copies of letters from the providers of such utility services confirming such availability are annexed hereto as Exhibit "G".

  • Delivery Location The Aircraft shall be located at the agreed Delivery Location;

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.

  • Fuel Upon redelivery of the Aircraft to Lessor, an adjustment will be made in respect of fuel on board on the Previous Delivery Date and the Expiry Date at the price then prevailing at the Redelivery Location.

  • Storage Any storage space at any time leased to Tenant hereunder shall be used exclusively for storage. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, (i) Landlord shall have no obligation to provide heating, cleaning, water or air conditioning therefor, and (ii) Landlord shall be obligated to provide to such storage space only such electricity as will, in Landlord’s judgment, be adequate to light said space as storage space.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Freight Upon not less than twenty-four hours prior notice to Landlord, which notice may be oral, an elevator will be made available for Tenant's use for transportation of freight, subject to such scheduling as Landlord in its discretion deems appropriate. Tenant shall not transport freight in loads exceeding the weight limitations of such elevator. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all equipment, materials, furniture or other property brought into the Building, and no property will be received in the Building or carried up or down the freight elevator or stairs except during such hours and along such routes and by such persons as may be designated by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to require that heavy objects will stand on wood strips of such length and thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such property from any cause, and Tenant will be liable for all damage or injuries caused by moving or maintaining such property.
