Storage of Household Goods. The State will pay for storage not in excess of sixty (60) days in connection with an authorized move at either origin or destination, only when housing is not readily available.

Prior to your move, you will be required to complete and promptly submit an inventory list in order for your goods to be covered by the BMS corporate insurance policy. It is important that you indicate the replacement value at destination for each item. If an item should get lost or damaged beyond repair during the shipment, the replacement value is the amount you will be reimbursed for replacement of any lost or damaged items provided you complete and submit the required documentation within the allotted time frame. Please consult the BMS relocation policy for details. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx is the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb’s worldwide relocation coordinator and will arrange for storage and/or shipment of household goods. Upon completion of your assignment and return to your home base or reassignment to another location, the Company will allow you a 10% gratis over your shipment’s original weight. Any fees for shipment above the 10% additional weight from your original shipment will be billed to you personally.
Storage of Household Goods. Sycamore will reimburse you on a tax gross up basis for documented expenses to store your household goods for up to 30 days. Selling of Home: Sycamore will reimburse you, on a tax gross up basis, for the documented real estate commission for the sale of your primary residence up to 5% of the sale price and for the documented legal fees associated with the sale. New Home Purchase: Sycamore will reimburse you, on a tax gross up basis, for reasonable and customary documented closing costs normally paid by the purchaser for the purchase of your home. Down payment and points will not be reimbursed. The aggregate estimated expenses to be reimbursed by the Company, including, where applicable on a tax gross up basis, is approximately $135,500. Any expenses that are not specifically listed above require the pre-approval of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. It is your responsibility to provide Sycamore with all applicable receipts and documents in support of qualifying expenses within 30 days of household relocation. Please use the Relocation Expense Form found in SycamoreWorld under Payroll and Travel. You are encouraged to consult a tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of your relocation expenses, as there are certain expenses that may or may not be taxable. Nothing contained herein is intended to or shall be construed to confer upon you any rights to employment or continued employment with Sycamore, or shall alter in any way the nature of your current “at will” employment status with Sycamore. Please note that if within the first twelve months following your relocation, you voluntarily terminate employment for any reason, or if your employment is terminated as a result of misconduct as described in Sycamore’s Business Code of Ethics, you will be required to repay to Sycamore, within thirty days of the termination of employment, 100% of all costs associated with your relocation paid by the Company. This letter constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings related to such subject matter. Storage of Household Goods. The Company will reimburse the cost of storing in your Home Location any goods you do not wish to ship to the US. Storage costs will be covered for the duration of your assignment. Car Allowance The Company will provide you with a US$ 300 per month automobile allowance plus insurance on one vehicle. The payment is subject to normal tax deductions. Vacation & Holidays Vacation entitlement will continue to be determined in accordance with policy in effect within Blockbuster UK up to a maximum of 25 days per year. You will adopt the work schedule, including hours of work, time off, and public holidays in accordance with Blockbuster US policies and practices. Home Leave After each anniversary (twelve months) of your assignment, you and your dependents in the US will be eligible for a Home Leave. This may be taken after each twelve months of assignment (provided the assignment is scheduled to last at least another eight weeks), at a time that is mutually convenient for you and the Company. Home leave includes all dependents in the US living with you and dependent children in the UK visiting the US. Home Leave includes airfare, accommodations, and car rental. Meals and other incidentals are not included. Business-class travel is permitted to and from the UK for Home Leave. For the period of your assignment, your spouse will be eligible for 2 (two) Home Leave trips per year (including the one above) traveling in Business Class.
Storage of Household Goods. The Company will reimburse you for the costs to store your household goods in Australia, up to a maximum of US$5,000.00, inclusive of insurance, less any amounts therefore paid to you by any StorageTek Affiliate(s).
Storage of Household Goods. Volcano will arrange to store your household goods at a local storage facility for the duration of your temporary housing stay on a direct-billed basis.
