MSA Bargaining Committee. 8.3.1 The MSA’s Bargaining Committee shall be comprised in accordance with the MSA Constitution and Bylaws. Release time for employees serving on the MSA’s Bargaining Committee shall be scheduled in consultation with the University’s Human Resource Department and will not be unreasonably withheld, considering the requirements of the negotiation meeting schedule that is mutually agreed between the Parties, and including a reasonable amount of preparation time.
