Multicore Cables and Schematic Diagrams. Protection and control schemes should, in general be based on the use of a single 1.5 xx.xx 7/0.67 mm cores. The Multi-core cables shall have steel Armour for mechanical protection. This contract includes the preparation of cabling schematic diagrams, showing the approved routing of cores in the various cables, and detailed cable schedules and connection diagrams for all the cables associated with each item of equipment included in the project.

  • Schematic Design Documents In accordance with the approved Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and based upon approval of and comments made by the Owner regarding the Concept Design Studies, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner Schematic Design Documents, including drawings and outline specifications. These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • Background Screening and Security ‌ All Contractor employees and agents performing work under the Contract must comply with all security and other requirements of the Department.

  • Objectives and Scope 1.   • Dispatch and Scheduling 6.1.1 The SPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD. 6.1.2 The SPD shall be responsible for directly coordinating and dealing with the Buying Entity, State Load Dispatch Centres, Regional Power Committees, and other authorities in all respects in regard to declaration of availability, scheduling and dispatch of power and due compliance with deviation and settlement mechanism and the applicable Grid code Regulations, acknowledging that the SPD and Buying Entity are the Grid connected entities and SECI as an Intermediary Procurer/ trading licensee is not a Grid connected entity in respect of the power contracted under this Agreement. 6.1.3 The SPD shall be responsible for any deviation from scheduling and for any resultant liabilities on account of charges for deviation as per applicable regulations. UI charges on this account shall be directly paid by the SPD. 6.1.4 Auxiliary power consumption will be treated as per the concerned Central/State regulations. 6.1.5 Further, in case of any difference in scheduled energy at the interfaces of all the RLDCs concerned for the corridor of the power flow, including the RLDC of the Buying Entity, SECI will make payments corresponding to the lowest of the individual energy values to the SPD, until rectification of the above error.

  • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBBC, its officers and employees from any liability in the form of physical or mental injury, death or property damage resulting from VENDOR’s failure to comply with the requirements of this section or with Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes.

  • Integration of Exhibits All Exhibits attached to this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, and all statements appearing therein shall be deemed disclosed for all purposes and not only in connection with the specific representation in which they are explicitly referenced.

  • Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period. 15.02 The normal daily shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. For employees working the night shift, this one-half (1/2) hour will be paid. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily shift, at a time designated by the Employer. An employee may combine her rest periods in order to have one (1) thirty (30) minute break, providing she has prior approval from the Director of Nursing. When a meal period is interrupted requiring an employee to attend to a work related problem, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01. 15.03 Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen (15) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered overtime for the purposes of payment. 15.04 Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by any employee under the terms of this Agreement. 15.05 Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for the actual hours worked at her regular straight time hourly rate. 15.06 There shall be no split shifts. (a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise. (b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer. (a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent. (b) Where possible, the employee will not be scheduled to work more than two
