Multimodal Safety and Level of Traffic Stress. Analysis Consultant shall evaluate the existing Bear Creek and 27th Street corridors and the trail connection and determine the existing level of traffic stress (LTS) for people walking and biking of each section. Consultant shall qualitatively evaluate the feasibility of enhanced crossings at existing low-stress bicycle network (LSN) routes and assess if alternate LSN routes may be appropriate given site- specific constraints along the study corridors. This assessment will consider broader LSN system connectivity and potential crossing barriers on other nearby arterial/collector roadways (Xxxx Market Road, 15th Street, Xxxxxxxxx Xx/Xxxxxxx Blvd and US 20). Consultant shall develop a list of possible LTS concepts to be considered for the corridors and narrow down the list to reflect concepts that meet the scope and budget of the project. Once narrowed, a segment-based LTS will be analyzed for up to three (3) alternatives for each corridor. A pedestrian and bicycle crossing analysis will be conducted based on NCHRP Report 562 methodology at up to six study intersections, which may include the following: • Bear Creek Road/27th Street • Bear Creek Road/Dantili Road • 27th Street/Xxxxxxxxxxx Avenue • 27th Street/Clairaway Avenue Consultant shall provide a qualitative discussion of pedestrian and bicycle circulation, safety and comfort in the study area based on each of the three alternatives. This will include a discussion of connectivity to the City’s existing low stress bicycle network and key walking and biking routes.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing.
