Multiple/Regular Hire. Hire charges to be paid in advance (if this is not possible for any reason, please speak to the Church Centre Managers). If payment has not been received after 1 month following issue of invoice the ongoing hiring arrangement may be cancelled with one month’s notice. • Hirers will be invoiced monthly, termly or quarterly by arrangement. • Payment must be received within 14 DAYS of the date of invoice. • One month’s notice of cancellation applies to hire of less than 8 hours a week and three months’ notice of cancellation applies to hire of 8 hours or more a week from both the hirer and St Andrew’s. Payments for Multiple & Regular Hires must be addressed to the Church Centre Manager – details at 2. above and can be paid by:- • CASH: in person to the church (when open) and placed in the ‘LETTINGS CORRESPONDENCE’ post box located inside in the Atrium - Please do not send cash by post. • CHEQUES: made payable to ‘St Xxxxxxx Methodist Church’. The cheque can be sent by post, or delivered in person, as in ‘CASH’ above - Please note your name/organisation and Booking Reference on the back of cheque. • STANDING ORDER or BANK TRANSFER: to St Xxxxxxx Methodist Church Account: HSBC Bank, Sort Code : 40-24-33, Account Number : 00000000 - Please ensure that your Booking Reference is noted on electronic transfer or Bank Transfer.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
