Hire Charges. 2.1 The charges for hiring the Hire Accommodation will be in accordance with the current official charge. Should it become apparent that additional charges are necessary for a hire, the Hirer will be contacted and prior approval sought before proceeding with the hire.

Hire ChargesThe hirer agrees that hire charges are calculated from the time the Hall is unlocked for use, until departure and return of keys to the Booking Officer (or deposited in the key safe). A deposit may be required when making the booking; the balance being payable on the day the hiring period begins.
Hire ChargesThe Hirer will pay hire charges for the entire hire period on the Equipment at the rate specified in the Schedule. In addition to hire charges, the Hirer will pay any sales, rental or other taxes, stamp duty, import duties, bonds or any other charges which may be levied upon this Agreement and/or the use or delivery of the Equipment.
Hire Charges. 5.1 We charge for hiring the Theatre in accordance with our list of Costs and Inclusions of Hire, the latest version of which is included within this pack for your reference. 5.2 Before you submit a Booking Form, you should request confirmation from the Booking Manager. (1) the Hire Charges payable for your proposed hiring and how long those Hire Charges remain valid; (2) the method of payment, by Cheque or BACS. 5.3 If your booking is accepted, any Deposit that you pay on acceptance of your Booking will be deducted from the total Hire Charges you pay for the hiring. If your booking is not accepted, any Deposit you pay with the Booking Form will be returned to you. 5.4 We reserve the right to review and/or increase Hire Charges for Confirmed Bookings at any time up to six months before the Hire Period begins. We will send you notice in writing if we need to do this. If we do this, you may cancel your booking with immediate effect and with no charge by giving us notice in writing. If you cancel your booking in this way, we will refund any Deposit or Hire Charges you have paid.
Hire Charges. 4.1. CT’s charges for provision of Equipment and/or Services shall be as stated in the Agreement. Any extra Equipment or Services later required will be chargeable in addition. Client shall be liable for continuing Hire Charges at the same rate as provided in this Agreement: if Equipment is lost stolen damaged or destroyed, until its repair or replacement (in such case any continuing Hire Charges not to exceed a further 13 weeks rental); and, in the case of a Dry Hire or where Client arranges transit, if Equipment is returned late, until date of its actual return to CT, except to the extent that such delay, loss, damage or destruction arises from breach or negligence by CT. 4.2. Client shall pay Hire Charge (and any GST) in advance, notwithstanding that performance may not have taken place, to be received by CT in cleared funds on or before the date(s) specified for payment or, if none, on or before the earlier of (i) 3 working days prior to date of supply of the Equipment or Services and (ii) 30 days from date of CT’s invoice. It is a condition that each payment due under this Agreement is paid on time without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim. Any discounts quoted or agreed may be forfeited at CT's discretion if payment by the Client is received by CT more than three (3) days after the due date. If the Client fails to pay any sum on the due date and: 4.2.1. the sum has been properly invoiced and is not subject to an unresolved payment dispute; 4.2.2. CT has issued a notice to the Client, stating that the sum is overdue; and 4.2.3. Client does not pay the sum within 5 days of the date it receives CTs notice under clause 4.2.2; then, without limiting any other right or remedy, CT may, upon notice to Client: cancel or suspend provision of Services and Equipment to the Client under this Agreement; apply any payment made by Client (notwithstanding any express instruction by Client) towards the discharge of any sums due to CT under this or any other agreement between the parties; and/or charge Client interest (both before and after judgement) on the amount unpaid at the rate of 1 % per month calculated on a daily basis until payment in full together with all costs, charges and expenses reasonably incurred by CT (including legal fees) in recovering overdue amounts. 4.3. Hire Charges. 3.1 The Hirer must make payment of the hire of the Plant in accordance with the rates specified in the Hire Schedule. Sitex in its sole discretion may charge on a daily rate, weekly rate, monthly rate basis (or any other basis). 3.2 In the event that the Hire Charge is not completed on the Hire Schedule, the standard rates published by Sitex, which can be accessed at Sitex’s premises or by enquiry of Sitex, will apply. 3.3 Depending on the duration of the Hire Period and the amount of time the Hirer uses the Plant during the Hire Period, additional charges may apply. If the Hire Period is for a duration of:- (a) five days or less, and the Plant is used in excess of eight hours on any day, then the Hirer must pay Sitex additional charges calculated on a pro rata basis for each additional hour or part thereof at the daily rate; (b) for a duration of one month or less, and the Plant is used in excess of 40 hours in any five day week (Monday to Friday), then the Hirer must pay Sitex additional charges calculated on a pro rata basis for each additional day or part thereof at the weekly rate; (c) for a duration of greater than one month, and the Plant is used on more than 28 different days, then the Hirer must pay Sitex additional charges calculated on a pro rata basis for each additional week or part thereof at the monthly rate. 3.4 Where meters are mounted on the Plant they may be used by Sitex to determine the time the Plant was in use by the Hirer unless otherwise stated in the Hire Schedule. A Hire Charge based on hourly use will be calculated for part of an hour. Where the meter is found not to be working either during or at the Termination Date then Sitex will, acting reasonably, estimate the hours used. 3.5 The Hire Charge does not include cartage, fuel, blade wear, tip wear (rippers, cultivators, etc.) as set out in the current product information available on the Sitex website, xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx (Sitex Website) or at Sitex’s premises, along with all saleable and consumable items. 3.6 In addition to the Hire Charge, the Hirer must pay:- (a) for any consumables, fuel or trade materials consumed or used in connection with the hire; (b) for any replaceable parts of Plant such as (but not limited to) ‘teeth’ and cutting edges on buckets and chisels on rock breakers, which in the sole discretion of Sitex has undergone rapid wear as a result of the Hirer’s use; (c) for any reasonable costs incurred by Sitex to remedy the breach of the Hirer’s obligations inclu...

Hire Charges. 3.1. The price for each of the Hire Items, delivery address (Premises), service fees, transport costs, GST, credit card fees and any other charges agreed between the parties are set out in the Hire Quote or invoice (Hire Charges). 3.2. If any Hire Item is lost or not returned in the same condition as it was supplied by Timbermill, with an allowance for what Timbermill considers is fair wear and tear, you agree to pay the cost of replacing the Hire Item if lost or the cost of cleaning, repairing or replacing (in the case of Hire Items that cannot be cleaned or repaired) any damaged Hire Items. You agree to pay such costs within 14 days of receiving an invoice from Timbermill.
