Common use of Multiple-Shift Short Schedule Clause in Contracts

Multiple-Shift Short Schedule. Notwithstanding the provisions of (i) above, the weekly hour-multiplier for an employee who is on a multiple shift operation and whose regular weekly schedule of hours is not less than 37 1/2 hours shall be not less than 40 hours.

Multiple-Shift Short Schedule. Notwithstanding the provisions of (i) above, the weekly hour-multiplier for an employee who is on a multiple shift operation and whose regular weekly schedule of hours is not less than 37 37-1/2 hours shall be not less than 40 hours.

Multiple-Shift Short Schedule. Notwithstanding the provisions of (i) above, the weekly hour-multiplier for an employee who is on a multiple shift operation and whose regular weekly schedule of hours is not less than 37 1/2 ½ hours shall not be not less than 40 hours.
