Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. (Ontario): The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the City is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, c.M.56, as amended from time to time (“MFIPPA”), and that any information provided to the City in connection with this agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with the requirements of MFIPPA.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all information is subject to MFIPPA and may be subject to release under the Act, notwithstanding any party’s request to keep the information confidential.
