Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The parties agree, notwithstanding the provisions of The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that, for the purpose of the grievance procedure described in this Agreement, a party may provide to the other party only such personal information as may be necessary for the conduct of the grievance procedure.

Because of the City's MFIPPA obligations, the Participant is advised to identify any information it provides to the City under this Agreement as confidential which may be scientific, technical, commercial, proprietary or similar confidential information, the disclosure of which could cause them injury. The Participant acknowledges that despite the identification of this information as confidential, it may be released in accordance with MFIPPA.
