Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The parties agree, notwithstanding the provisions of The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that, for the purpose of the grievance procedure described in this Agreement, a party may provide to the other party only such personal information as may be necessary for the conduct of the grievance procedure.
Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. (Ontario): The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the City is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, c.M.56, as amended from time to time (“MFIPPA”), and that any information provided to the City in connection with this agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with the requirements of MFIPPA.
Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Participant acknowledges that Vaughan is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56 as amended and that the information provided to Vaughan in connection with the Business or otherwise in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure under that legislation.

The Participant acknowledges that the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), as amended, binds the City. Because of the City's MFIPPA obligations, the Participant is advised to identify any information it provides to the City under this Agreement as confidential which may be scientific, technical, commercial, proprietary or similar confidential information, the disclosure of which could cause them injury. The Participant acknowledges that despite the identification of this information as confidential, it may be released in accordance with MFIPPA.

(b) if the Complaint is more appropriately addressed under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the complainant shall be advised that the matter must be referred to the Secretary to deal with under any access and privacy policies of ONE JIB under that statute;

15.1 The Recipient acknowledges that all records in the City’s control (including any records provided by the Recipient to the City) are subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and such records may be disclosed by the City to the public upon request under that Act. The Recipient further acknowledges that pursuant to the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, the proceedings of City Council are matters of public record. The Recipient acknowledges that the City does not make any covenants with respect to maintaining the confidentiality of any records the Recipient provides to the City.
Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Parties acknowledge that any documents retained by the Township in the course of its business may be subject to disclosure under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Tenant acknowledges that the City of Ottawa is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.56, as amended (“MFIPPA”) with respect to, and protection of, information under its custody and control. Accordingly, all documents provided to the City may be available to the public unless the party submitting the information requests that it be treated as confidential. The City covenants and agrees to promptly notify Tenant of any request for disclosure and to allow the Tenant, as applicable, an opportunity to make submissions and to contest any such request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all information is subject to MFIPPA and may be subject to release under the Act, notwithstanding any party’s request to keep the information confidential.
