MUNICIPAL UTILITY RELOCATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES. The Municipality shall be responsible for the relocation and adjustment of all municipally owned utilities in conflict with the Project and shall exercise any rights that it may have under any franchise to effect all necessary changes, adjustments, and relocations of communications and electric power lines; underground cables, gas lines, and, and other pipelines or conduits; or any privately- or publicly-owned utilities.

  • Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.

  • University Responsibilities (1) The University will use its best efforts to see that students selected for participation in the ALE are prepared for effective participation in the training phase of their overall education.   • Agency Responsibilities Agency is responsible for (a) Agency’s use of Axon Devices; (b) breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable law by Agency or an Agency end user; and (c) a dispute between Agency and a third-party over Agency’s use of Axon Devices.
