Taxes, duties and government charges 9.1 The Grantee agrees to pay all taxes, duties and government charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the performance of this Agreement, except as provided by this Agreement.
Government Responsibilities (a) The Government has principal responsibility for overseeing and managing the implementation of the Program.
District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.
Superintendent's Duties The Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Superintendent agrees to devote the Superintendent’s time, skill, labor and attention to all required duties throughout the contract term. The Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns. By agreement with the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out the Superintendent’s duties and obligations to the District.
Contractor’s Duties The Contractor shall perform all duties described in this Contract to the satisfaction of the State. Representations and Warranties Under Minn. Stat. §§ 15.061 and 16C.03, subd. 3, and other applicable law the State is empowered to engage such assistance as deemed necessary. Contractor warrants that it is duly qualified and shall perform its obligations under this Contract in accordance with the commercially reasonable standards of care, skill, and diligence in Contractor’s industry, trade, or profession, and in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Contract, to the satisfaction of the State. Contractor warrants that it possesses the legal authority to enter into this Contract and that it has taken all actions required by its procedures, by-laws, and applicable laws to exercise that authority, and to lawfully authorize its undersigned signatory to execute this Contract, or any part thereof, and to bind Contractor to its terms.
Authority’s Responsibilities Authority will perform maintenance and repairs to the parking lot and concrete paving of the Common Use Areas and will perform maintenance and repairs to the Cargo Building, including (1) the roof (structure and membrane), foundation, load bearing walls, and other structural elements; and (2) exterior maintenance (painting and landscaping). Authority retains the right, after giving reasonable advance notice to Company, to enter upon the Premises to perform any repair thereon, including utilities, which serves, in whole or in part, areas other than the Premises. Authority will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Company’s activities.
Taxes & Duties a) The TDS, Raj-VAT, Service Tax etc., if applicable, shall be deducted at source/ paid by RISL as per prevailing rates.
Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.
Customs Duties (1) Aircraft operated in international air services by the designated airlines of one Contracting Party, their regular equipment, fuel, lubricants, consumable technical supplies, spare parts including engines, and aircraft stores (including but not limited to such items as food, beverages and tobacco) which are on board such aircraft shall be exempted by the other Contracting Party on the basis of reciprocity from all customs duties, excise taxes and similar fees and charges not based on the cost of services provided on arrival, provided such regular equipment and such other items remain on board the aircraft.
