Mutual Aid Agreements. 1. The Town and County may enter into other mutual aid agreements as their municipality deems necessary.
Mutual Aid Agreements. Establish and maintain mutual aid agreement(s) with ambulance agencies operating in areas bordering EMS’s response area, to facilitate emergency medical response support at such times when EMS has received more requests for ambulance service than it can timely fulfill.

Prior to execution to such mutual aid agreements, the Contractor shall submit the agreement to SFD for review and approval.

Mutual Aid Agreements. All Fire Departments shall cooperate and participate in the most current Wake County Mutual Aid system plan. The Wake County Emergency Communication Center will automatically dispatch the nearest mutual aid department after failure in three (3) minutes of the initially dispatched department to acknowledge the call. This should apply to all calls. Wake County will supply the Fire Department with a copy of the officially adopted mutual aid system plan. The agreement can be found as Appendix #A of this contract.
Mutual Aid Agreements. Allina agrees to comply with existing mutual aid agreements that the City’s EMS department was a party to.

Contractor shall have in place a specific plan for mutual aid with adjacent BLS and ALS agencies should be established and available for review by the EMS Division by December 31, 2020. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with the EMS Division regarding compliance to response outside of King County.

Denver and Englewood are both parties, along with a variety of municipalities and fire districts in and near the Denver Metropolitan area, to an Intergovernmental Agreement for Mutual Aid between Fire Departments executed by Denver on October 10, 2003 (Denver Contract Control # XC-2Y092) (“Mutual Aid Agreement”). Denver will continue to act in keeping with the Mutual Aid Agreement and any future amendment to the Mutual Aid Agreement or replacement mutual aid agreement executed by Denver.
