Mutual Aid Agreements. 1. The Village and County may enter into other mutual aid agreements as their municipality deems necessary.
Mutual Aid Agreements. The County will bargain with the Association over the terms and conditions of employment for nurses working under a mutual aid agreement.

Mutual Aid Agreements. The Contractor may enter into and use mutual aid agreements with other private ambulance providers to augment the Contractor’s services during peak load periods (e.g., Seafair) or during major emergency and disaster response. Prior to execution to such mutual aid agreements, the Contractor shall submit the agreement to SFD for review and approval.
Mutual Aid Agreements. The Town shall cooperate and participate in the most current Wake County Mutual Aid system plan. The Raleigh Wake Emergency Communication Center (RWECC) and Town of Xxxx Emergency Communications Center (CECC) will automatically dispatch the nearest mutual aid department after failure in three (3) minutes of the initially dispatched department to acknowledge the call. This shall apply to all calls. Wake County will supply the Town with a copy of the officially adopted mutual aid system plan. The agreement can be found as Appendix C of this contract.

The Wake County Emergency Communication Center will automatically dispatch the nearest mutual aid department after failure in three (3) minutes of the initially dispatched department to acknowledge the call. Mutual Aid Agreements. The Association and the Employer recognize the importance and necessity of mutual aid agreements. It is also agreed that abuses should not occur in the implementation and response of said mutual aid agreements. It shall be the sole determination of the mutual aid governing body to determine whether or not any abuses of mutual aid have occurred.
