Contract ControlIn the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any SOW, the terms of this Agreement shall govern, unless the language of the SOW, agreed upon in writing by both Parties, expressly states that the SOW controls.
Contract Control. Contract control encompasses measures to ensure that personal data processed under a contract can only be processed according to the client’s instructions. Where Processor processes personal data on a contract basis a written agreement on contract data processing is always concluded with the statutory content required under GDPR. Processor also has its own specimen form contracts available for such an eventuality which the client may use for that purpose. Contractual commitments ensure that Processor only processes client data according to their instructions, that the confidentiality of data is guaranteed and in particular that, in the absence of the client’s express instructions to the contrary, client data does not become incorporated in Processor’s general database of information. Furthermore, the details of technical and organisational security measures in place at Processor form part of every contract data processing agreement with Processor as a result of this document being an agreed annex to such contract data processing agreement.
Contract Control. As part of the contract control, it must be ensured that the data processing operations carried out on behalf of Unitedprint in the context of an order are carried out exclusively upon the instruction of Unit- edprint. For this purpose, the employees involved in data processing must be trained and instructed. Order processing must be monitored by internal controls. The results of the controls must be docu- mented. Subcontractors may be engaged only on the basis of the regulations agreed with the Client. The trans- fer or access to personal data may not take place until the subcontractor has signed an agreement on order processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR and has confirmed compliance with the regulations of the data protection concept. The Contractor's obligation to check its subcontractor re- sults from the order processing agreement concluded with the Client.
Contract Control. It is understood by all parties that BA Construction Services shall serve as contract control agent. All parties shall work diligently to provide any required information in a timely manner so as to avoid delays in processing of Progress and Final Payments.
Contract Control. The selection of subcontractors, if contractually agreed, is carried out with the objective of ensuring that there is no increased risk to compliance with data protection objectives. Commissioned data processing in accordance with instructions shall be ensured. Depending on their role and the scope of access to confidential or personal data, subcontractors must, among other things, take note of and comply with regulations on secrecy / confidentiality and data protection (e.g., confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement (NDA), agreement on commissioned processing of personal data) as well as a Supplier Information Security Policy. In the case of security-critical subcontractors, service providers or suppliers, the following reporting and auditing requirements are implemented: at least quarterly evaluation of contractually agreed reports (e.g., security events/incidents, availability statistics) as well as supplier audits every 2 years using a self-assessment questionnaire, with an additional on-site visit if necessary.

  • Cost Control The Construction Manager shall develop a system of cost control for the Work, including regular monitoring of actual costs for activities in progress and estimates for uncompleted tasks and proposed changes. The Construction Manager shall identify variances between actual and estimated costs and report the variances to the Owner and Architect, and shall provide this information in its monthly reports to the Owner and Architect, in accordance with Section 3.3.2.3 above.

  • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer.

  • Pest Control Upon award, the Contractor shall manage all insect, weed and pest problems (as defined by Chapter 482, F.S.). In addition, any damage caused by pests during the implementation of the pest control program shall be immediately corrected by replacement with healthy turf or plants at the Contractor's expense. Pest Control program shall include, at a minimum, the following: 1) The Contractor shall inspect the entire property, including turf areas, shrubs, trees (including palms), and plants on a weekly basis for any pest infestation. All infestations, including disease, weeds, fire ants or other pests, shall be treated immediately upon discovery and notification by Performance Administrator or the Contractor. The County Performance Administrator must be informed of infestations discovered and treatments applied via email within 24 hours and included on the Monthly Vendor Inspection Report. All applications of pesticides shall be properly labeled by placards. 2) Application must comply with manufacturer’s recommendations. Every chemical substance used must be on the list of chemical substances or have been submitted for inclusion on such list, as compiled by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and in compliance with all Federal, State, and local pesticide laws and ordinances. Materials and application shall meet all Federal Health and Safety Laws currently in effect. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to contract start date or before the use of a new approved chemical intended for use on this contract. All chemicals used must carry an EPA approved number. 3) Pest Control Services shall be performed according to Integrated Pest Management Strategies to control all insect, wee, and pest problems as defined by all sections under Chapter 482, Florida Statues including proper licensure whether by the Contractor or a sub- contractor to be supplied with pre-bid package.

  • Direct Contracting Goods and works which the Association agrees meet the requirements for Direct Contracting may be procured in accordance with the provisions of said procurement method.

  • 190 Contract Complete This contract is the final expression of the Parties' agreement. There are no understandings, agreements, or representations, expressed or implied, which are not specified in this contract.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Dust Control Dust-proof enclosures or partitions for protection wherever dusty or dirty work is performed and dampening of debris to avoid dusting when removed shall be provided and included as a cost of the work.
