Common use of Mutual Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Mutual Responsibilities. The parties shall cooperate to fulfill the following mutual responsibilities: a. Students shall be treated as trainees who have no expectation of receiving compensation or future employment from Hospital or School. b. Any courtesy appointments to faculty or staff by either the School or Hospital shall be without entitlement of the individual to compensation or benefits for the appointed party.

Students Program Participants shall be treated as trainees who have no expectation of receiving compensation or future employment from Hospital Agency or School. b. Any courtesy appointments to faculty or staff by either the School or Hospital Agency shall be without entitlement of the individual to compensation or benefits for the appointed party. c. With respect to matters performed by Agency or School in connection with this Agreement, no research shall be done on human subjects without the consent of that subject.
