Common use of NAIDOC Leave Clause in Contracts

NAIDOC Leave. a. Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander employees may be granted one day’s paid leave per year to attend and participate in NAIDOC Week activities (NAIDOC Leave), subject to operational requirements.

NAIDOC Leave. a. An employee of Aboriginal and or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander employees may be granted descent is entitled to one day’s day of paid leave per year to attend and participate in NAIDOC Week National Aboriginal and Islander Day Observance Committee (NAIDOC) week activities (NAIDOC Leave), subject to operational requirementsand events each year.
