Weeks Pay. (b) If an employee resigns without giving two (2) weeks written notice, the employee shall forfeit entitlement to payment for unused sick leave credits, severance pay and retroactive pay, to a maximum of two (2) weeks pay, unless extenuating circumstances involving the employee’s immediate family exist.
Weeks Pay. One (1) week's pay for hourly rated employees is defined as the basic hourly rate x 40 hours or the specifically approved workweek. This rate excludes all forms of ancillary or special assignment pay.
Weeks Pay. 55.12.1 Week’s pay means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned.

Employees who accept separation pay under the provisions of this clause shall on so doing their seniority and employment relationship with the Company and shall have no further rights under this Agreement or under any other Agreement between tho signing parties. Pay in lieu of notice as outlined in Article shall not apply when payments are made under this clause. The Company will give notice of its intention to close a plant at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to such closing.

Weeks Pay. A weeks pay means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned. It will also include any tool allowance normally paid to people covered by the Metal Trades (General) Award 1966.
Weeks Pay. A weeks pay shall mean an employee’s normal rate of pay for an ordinary weeks work at the time of notice of redundancy. The normal rate of pay does not include overtime, or allowances that do not directly relate to a normal weeks wages.
Weeks Pay. If KUMAR has already received the benefits of this Revised Agreement, KUMAR will be required to repay the amount of overpayment to ECD. If the amount is not repaid, ECD will have a lien on any benefits granted should the benefits be received after this time period but apply to this time period. In addition, the benefits of this Revised Agreement will cease should KUMAR violate the provisions of this Revised Agreement.
Weeks Pay. In no case shall the total amount of severance pay exceed thirty (30) weeks’ pay, regardless of the number of times an employee is laid off.
Weeks Pay. It is further provided that employees who voluntarily quit after eighteen (18) consecutive calendar months of employment with the same Employer, and prior to two (2) years’ employment with the same Employer, shall receive pro rata of accrued vacation pay on the basis of forty (40) hours at the straight-time rate of pay.
