New Build definition
New Build means that part of the chargeable development which will comprise new buildings and enlargements to existing buildings;
New Build means the development and construction of a new generating or storage facility that is not an upgrade or redevelopment of an existing generating or storage facility.

New Build means a Vessel under construction pursuant to a ship building contract between the Company and either Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. or Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.
