NATIONAL BOARD OF TEACHING CERTIFICATION. Effective September 1, 2019 full time teachers shall receive $1984 annually while certified. Effective September 1, 2020 full time teachers shall receive $2024 annually while certified. The stipend will be paid in full on the 1st paycheck in December (or upon receipt for the 1st year).
