Common use of Nature of Employment Clause in Contracts

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Operating Officer of the Company and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer President, Development of the Company and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to the Executive in good faith from time to time by the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company, Company or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the CompanyParent.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and to an executive of the Company in the position of Vice-President, Corporate Development. Executive will also undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive OfficerPresident of the Company, by the Board of Directors of the Company, or by such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President President, Marketing and Chief Financial Officer Sales, and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Board of Directors of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Chairman of the Company and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chairman and Chief Executive OfficerOfficer of SPACEHAB, Incorporated, to whom Executive shall simultaneously serve as a Special Advisor, and by the Board of Directors of the CompanyCompany , or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and to undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors of the Company, or such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment. Subject to Section 3, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 3(a)), as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and to Chairman of the Board of Directors of JOHNSXX XXXXNEERING CORPORATION, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Executive will also undertake such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive OfficerPresident of the Company, by the Board of Directors of the Company, or by such other appropriately authorized or designated executive officer of the Company.

Nature of Employment.
