Common use of Negotiating Teams Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Teams. A. The Board and the Association shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of not more than six (6) bargaining unit members, a consultant, and the Association President. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the negotiating team members of the other party. B. While no final agreement shall be executed without the ratification by the Association and the Board, the parties mutually pledge that their negotiators will be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, and to make concessions in the course of the negotiations that shall be conducted exclusively between said negotiating teams.
