Negotiating Teams. The Board and the Union shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of negotiators not to exceed six (6) members and one (1) observer in each.

Negotiating Teams. A. The Board and the Union shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of negotiators not to exceed six five (65) members and one (1) each, two of whom may be observers. Neither party shall have any control over the selection of the negotiations team of the other party. Except for good cause, or by mutual agreement, there shall not be any substitution of a negotiating team member or observer in eachduring the course of the negotiations.
