Common use of Negotiating Teams Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Teams. 1. The Board and the Association shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of negotiators, not to exceed five (5) each. 2. While no final Agreement shall be executed without ratification by the Association and the Board, the parties mutually pledge that their representatives will be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, consider proposals, and to make concessions in the course of negotiations. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said teams.

Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiation or bargaining representative of the other party. While no final Agreement agreement shall be executed without ratification by of the Association Union and the Board, the parties mutually pledge that their representatives negotiating teams will be clothed with all necessary power and have the authority to make proposals, consider proposals, and determine items acceptable to make concessions both parties involved in the course of negotiations. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said teams.
