Negotiation and Conciliation. The Parties shall use their respective reasonable endeavours to settle any dispute, difference claim, question or controversy between the Parties arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this Agreement (“Dispute”) amicably between them through negotiation.

  • NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in a good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning terms and conditions of employment. Such negotiations shall begin no later than the date set by the Public Relations Commission. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all Association members. It shall be reduced to writing, and subject to ratification by both parties, be signed by the Board and the Association, and be adopted by the Board.

  • Negotiation Teams The Board and the Association shall each designate in writing, at the first negotiation session, the names of not more than five (5) persons who shall serve as their respective representatives for negotiation pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Each party shall also designate the person on its team who will serve as spokesperson.

  • Conciliation 1. The disputing parties may at any time agree to conciliation, which may begin at any time and be terminated at the request of the disputing investor at any time.

  • NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES A. It is contemplated that matters included in this Agreement and other areas of common concern to the parties shall be subject to negotiation by mutual agreement between them from time to time during the period of this Agreement.
