Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. 1. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the date of its signing through the 30th day of June, 2016 2024. The parties shall enter into negotiations for a successor agreement one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this agreement as provided by applicable state law.

  • Successor Agreement The Company will require any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of the Company to assume expressly in writing on or prior to the effective date of such succession and agree to perform this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent that the Company would be required to perform if no succession had taken place.   • Continuing Agreement This Credit Agreement shall be a continuing agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until all Credit Party Obligations (other than those obligations that expressly survive the termination of this Credit Agreement) have been paid in full and all Commitments and Letters of Credit have been terminated.
