Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. 1. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate in good faith, in accordance with procedures set forth in Section 10-153a through 10-153j of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended, to secure a successor agreement. The agreement as negotiated shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Board and the Association.
2. During negotiation, the Board and the Association shall exchange relevant data, points of view and proposals and counterproposals. Either party may, if it so desires, utilize the services of outside consultants and may call upon professional and lay representatives to assist in the negotiations.
Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate a Successor Agreement in accord with the provisions of Section 10-153 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. During negotiations, the Board and the Association shall exchange relevant data, points of view, proposals and counter proposals. The Board shall make available to the Association for inspection all pertinent records of the Board. Either party may, if it so desires, utilize the services of outside consultants and may call upon professional and lay representatives to assist in the negotiations.
Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. 1. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate a Successor Agreement in accordance with applicable state statutes. The Agreement as negotiated shall be reduced to writing and signed by authorized officials of the Board and the Association.
2. During negotiations either party may utilize the services of outside consultants to assist on specific topics in negotiation upon prior notification to the other party. Such notification should be made at least five (5) school days before the next negotiating session with a reason for the consultant’s attendance.
3. If no successor agreement is reached prior to the expiration date of this contract, provisions of the agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect until such time that a successor agreement is reached by the parties.
Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. 1. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the date of its signing through the 30th day of June, 2016 2024. The parties shall enter into negotiations for a successor agreement one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this agreement as provided by applicable state law.
2. During negotiations, the Board and the Federation shall confer at reasonable times appropriately scheduled with regard for the budgetary calendar and exchange relevant data, points of view and proposals and counterproposals. The Board shall provide the Federation with materials and/or information necessary to discuss salaries, fringe benefits and working conditions. It is understood that the materials relate only to the Federation.
Negotiation Over Successor Agreement. The Board and the Union agree to negotiate in good faith to secure a successor agreement in accordance with law. The successor agreement so negotiated shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Board and employees covered by this Agreement and shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Board and the Union. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that negotiations shall commence no later than January 2021 for the successor collective bargaining agreement.
