NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES. There are no understandings or agreements or past practices which are binding on either the Board or the Association other than the written agreements enumerated or referred to in this Agreement. No further agreement shall be binding on either the Board or the Association until it has been put in writing and signed by both the Board and the Association as either an amendment to this Agreement or a letter of understanding signed by both parties. It is the intent of the parties that the provisions of this Agreement will supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, expressed or implied, between such parties and shall govern their entire relationship and shall be the sole source of all rights or claims which may be asserted hereunder.
