B. One consultant The parties may call upon consultants to assist in preparing for bargaining and utilize them for consultation during bargaining sessions. The expense of the consultants shall be paid by the party requesting such. A limit of two (2) consultants may be used by each of the parties party in any of the negotiation meetings.
