Negotiations and Contracts. The Board agrees not to negotiate or contract with any administrators’ organization other than the Association.
Negotiations and Contracts. Any matters not expressly covered by this Agreement but of common concern may be brought to the attention of either group through representative channels. Negotiations for the ensuing year will begin no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selections of the negotiating or bargaining representatives of the other party. The parties pledge that their representatives will be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, and make concessions in the course of negotiations. There shall be three (3) signed copies of any final agreement. One (1) copy shall be retained by the Board, one (1) by the Association, and one (1) by the Superintendent. Copies of the final Agreement shall be duplicated at the expense of the Board and made available to all teachers now employed and hereafter employed and twelve (12) copies shall be provided to the Association.

The CONTRACTOR agrees that he is fully responsible to the OWNER for the acts and omissions of his subcontractor, as CONTRACTOR is for the acts and omissions of himself and of persons directly employed by him.
