Net Connections for Facilities in the La Plata Area. Eight of the Core Data facilities, including the Department of Emergency Services, the new Xxxxxxx County Communications Center, the Department of Public Facilities, the new Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office, the College of Southern Maryland Center for Business and Industry on its main campus, the Xxxxxxx County Government Center, the Xxxxxxx County Board of Education headquarters and the main branch of the Xxxxxxx County Public Library in La Plata, but not including the Department of Utilities on Hawthorne Road, will be connected in a 12-fiber loop (the same 12 fibers run sequentially from the eastern-most core facility to the western-most core facility) • The Department of Utilities Hawthorne site will be connected by 12 fibers to the County Government Center • 6 fibers will be taken from each of the following facilities to the County Government Center: • the Department of Community Services on Port Tobacco Road • the Department of Social Services • the Department of Human Services Partnership • the new County Courthouse • the Xxxxx Senior Center • Civista Medical Center • the Board of Elections • 6 fibers will link the two Xxxxxxx County Courthouse buildings in La Plata together • 6 fibers will link the Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office La Plata Station, old Detention Center building and new Detention Center building together • 6 fibers will be run from each of the following facilities to the Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office (new building): • the old Detention Center building • the Crime Lab • the Town of La Plata Police Department • 6 fibers will be run from each of the following facilities to the new Xxxxxxx County Communications Center on Radio Station Road: • La Plata VFD # 1 • Bel Xxxxx Co. # 10 • VRS Co. # 51 • University of MD Fire Service Extension • 6 fibers will interconnect Xxxxxxxx Elementary to Xxxxxx Middle School • 6 fibers will interconnect Craik Elementary to the Xxxxxxx County Career and Technology Center • 6 fibers will be run from each of the following facilities to the Board of Education (BOE) Administration Office on Radio Station Road: • Xxxxx Educational Center • La Plata High School • Xxxxxx Elementary • The Career and Technology Center • XxXxxxxxx High School • Xxxxxx Middle School • Radio Station Road Academy (1000 Radio Station Road) • CCPS Maintenance Shop (5965 Radio Station Road)

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice.   • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Office Facilities During the period of employment, Executive shall have his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 3000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and the Corporation shall furnish Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement.   • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
