Nettalk Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Charges that Nettalk bills Verizon for Nettalk's Services shall not exceed the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services, except to the extent that Nettalk’s cost to provide such Nettalk’s Services to Verizon exceeds the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services and Nettalk has demonstrated such cost to Verizon, or, at Verizon's request, to the Commission or the FCC.

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Log Prices The following price schedule shall be designated as the contract value and shall apply to all logs removed from designated timber. Payment shall be for net log scale, unless noted.   • FRAMEWORK PRICES 2.1. The Framework Prices consist of the Supplier Margins as reduced by any applicable Discounts. Subject to paragraph 2.6 below, the Supplier Margins shall not exceed the Supplier Maximum Margins.

  • Retail Prices The prices at which a Service is provided by Verizon at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers.

  • Contract Prices All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.

  • Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.
